About Alternative Partners

Benjamin Reynolds

Benjamin Reynolds is the founder and CEO of Alternative Partners. Entrepreneurial by nature and an artist by trade, Benjamin turned a career as a classical musician and performance artist into a Revenue Operations and Salesforce addiction. After working in a consulting firm, the nonprofit sector, financial services, and finally, Software as a Service (SaaS), Benjamin migrated from SFDC Solution Architecture to the broader and more holistic realm of Revenue Operations.

After seeing so many startups struggle or fail -- not because of poor vision or even bad market fit -- Benjamin identified a lack of internal structure and process as a common culprit. This discovery drove him to start Alternative Partners, a Revenue Operations as a Service (ROaaS) consultancy.

By converging marketing, sales, and success operations to drive accountability and efficiency, Benjamin helps clients pursue their core competencies. Alternative Partners simply helps clients do what they do best, simply better.

The Alternative Partners Team

The Team

While Benjamin Reynolds is the driving force behind Alternative Partners, the consultancy is growing with talented SFDC and RevOps up-and-comers. Benjamin typically serves as your primary point of contact, yet there may be times when other team members are included in project engagements and specific deliverables.

Why Alternative Partners?

Simply put, we focus on your success and build from there. We can start anywhere as we use a holistic and robust RevOps framework designed to align your entire organization’s functions. When teams are aligned in the pursuit of efficiency and accountability, big wins can be achieved. When you partner with our RevOps agency, you receive end-to-end solutions for growth, you tap into:

  • Certified SFDC Expertise
We hold various Salesforce certifications and remain current as new features are rolled out. More importantly, we know how to get stuff done in SFDC and similar platforms, so the software is configured to fit your organization’s needs and not the other way around.

  • RevOps Knowledge
Revenue Operations is a relatively new term to describe a skill set that’s as old as business. So what’s the difference? Rather than working within the confines of organizational silos, RevOps breaks those barriers down by following the customer journey and revenue trail as it flows through each department or function. Not only does this approach make your processes more efficient, but your teams are also accountable to your organization’s business and revenue goals.

  • RevOps Community Connections
Business evolves best when not in a vacuum. That’s why Alternative Partners participates in various RevOps organizations. Benjamin is a frequent contributor to Wizard of Ops blog, a Slack community of fellow Revenue Operations professionals that promotes education, communication, and camaraderie. He’s also an active member of RevGenius and Modern SalesPro, networking associations that bring together like-minded individuals and organizations..

Lastly, we partner with Sonar Software, Chili Piper, and others to integrate and solve real-world business problems.

Making The Business World A Better Place

At Alternative Partners, we recognize that white supremacy, patriarchy, and cisheterosexism grant unfair privilege toward specific groups of people and systemically and individually stack the deck against people who are BIPoC, women, and/or LGBTQ+. From (sometimes) subtle unconscious biases to overt and intentional discrimination, from social networks skewed toward affluence and inherited wealth built on violence against Black people, these problems will not be solved with a single feel-good statement.

In our commitment to anti-racism, on top of our services we earmark 10% of our invoiced fees for an Equity Grant to be distributed to client companies that face tougher odds in our world simply because of the race, gender, or sexual orientation of their leadership.
